Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • No signs of damage, washing, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: • Final sale items • Gift cards • Personalized or custom products • Products marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors (subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged products

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

f you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
